Are designed for the washing and disinfection - with the use of a basket - of plastic containers, metal curing trolleys, smoke sticks, machine parts and small elements. The highest possible effectiveness of washing
Economy of water use and conservation of energy (operation in a closed cycle)
Maintenance of "hygienic barrier" thanks to the application of double doors
Small overall dimensions
Microprocessor control
Universal application

They are also used in other branches of industry, such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic and metal industries, as well as all those places where frequent and thorough washing of re-use packaging and other items is required. At the request of the customer it is possible to manufacture custom-built washers according to individual requirements and needs. Thanks to the application of double doors it is possible to have the washer operated by two people meeting the requirements of the so-called hygienic barrier.

The effectiveness of the washing process has been confirmed in the course of bacteriological tests.

The complete cycle consists of the following stages:
- preliminary washing in a closed cycle
- principal washing with the use of washing and disinfecting agents in a closed cycle
- final rinsing with the recirculation of water for the preliminary washing
- drying with compressed air - at the request of the customer

Why is washing in our chamber washers so effective?

Generally in a passage washing stand one of the basic factors determining the effectiveness of washing is not respected - i.e. time. Containers typically stay in the washing stand from several to dozen or so seconds. In the chamber washer the time, depending on the needs, ranges from 4 to 10 minutes.

Another decisive factor of effective washing is mechanical action. In the passage washing stand a container passes once through approximately a dozen washing nozzles. In the chamber washer with a turntable each container passes 60 - 200 times through two rows of nozzles, thus the "boring into" the dirt is far more effective.
