These cooking vats are intended for the cooking of meat products, the boiling of meat and heating all kinds of liquid foodstuffs.

The cooking vats are made from extra-fine acid resistant steel. The method of insulation of all the surfaces with mineral substances guarantees a minimal drop in temperature.
The insulated two-layer lid with a silicon gasket guarantees a minimal drop in temperature from the top, whereas a wide bow handle ensures safe operation of the vat.
The vats are equipped with special catches that make it possible to hang standard smoke sticks. The vats are heated with the use of first rate quality heaters: electric heaters, gas burners or possibly oil burners. We also manufacture double shell steam cooking vats with an indirect heating medium, which do not require technical inspection.

The design and the operation of heat sources guarantee temperature uniformity throughout the whole vat.

The cooking vats are controlled with the use of a microprocessor controller equipped with a digital display and the potential to enter 50 programs realising the cooking process.
Thanks to the application of the microprocessor controller the operation of the cooking vats is limited to a few simple steps and it facilitates several variants of operation:
- cooking at a set temperature of water and a set cooking time
- cooking at a set temperature of the link and a set cooking time
- cooking at a set difference in the temperature of the link and the temperature of water (delta t)
- a possibility to program the cooking vat 24 h in advance
- controlled temperature of the indirect heating medium
