The unit is designed for the filtering off of brine from fish during their processing.
The unit is applied most frequently in the fish processing industry, although it may successfully be used also in other branches of industry.
We manufacture various models of this unit; the version designed for box pallets with a belt conveyor is presented in the photograph.

The process of filtering off of fish starts with the placement of a fish tank in the turntable frame with the use of a trolley.
Next the charging hopper is clipped with clamps on the tank with fish and brine.
With the use of the elevator the contents of the fish tank is transferred to a tank, from which conveyor buckets transfer flittered off fish to containers located under the chute.
The control system of the unit is equipped with a sensor of brine level in the tank, which guarantees that the pump is automatically switched off preventing its dry running in case all the brine is pumped out from the tank. The pump may be switched on only when it is completely filled with a liquid.
The emptied unit is lowered to the floor with the use of the elevator.
The unfastening of the turntable hopper from the empty tank completes the unloading cycle of the fish tank. |
