ULTRAFILTRATION STATIONS | |

|
Ultrafiltration stations of the LAMBDA series operate on the basis of the cross filtration principle, i.e. crosswise filtration through a semi-permeable membrane. The polluted medium is supplied to a battery of capillary filters. Pure filtrate is filtered off in the capillaries, whereas the thickened medium is returned to the tank. The "back flash" option, i.e. returns rinsing, considerably improves the capacity of the station and extends its service life. LAMBDA ultrafiltration stations have a wide range of applications. Thanks to the applied filters the facility manufactured by LAMBDA-H-L may be successfully used both to regenerate soda lye (with approximately 95% soda lye recovered), but also to condense milk and whey, to filtrate liquid foodstuffs (the regeneration of brine, wine, beer, water), to separate industrial emulsions or to treat sewage. Ultrafiltration stations are custom-built, thus it is not necessary to rebuild the already existing installations. |
