LAMBDA vacuum tumblers are designed for the massaging of various types of meat, including delicate poultry meat.

We are one of the few manufacturers of massage machines with the internal worm design, which proves to be excellent also during the massaging of delicate poultry meat, necks and belly.

It is also possible to massage beef and pork trimmings, which significantly increases the profitability of the products and improves their marks in the organoleptic assessment.

The design of our massage machines makes it possible also to perform massaging at an incomplete load- 15% of the rated load– without a threat of muscle disruption.
The whole controlling process, setting the high vacuum in the 0-0.99 bar range, as well as the measurement of temperature inside the massage machine, are conducted with the use of a microprocessor.

Modern technological solutions, high quality materials and subassemblies ensure the efficiency of massaging processes, providing meat products with high sensory quality.

- Program - 50 separate production programs
- 6 Steps within programs
- Drum internal temperature
- Programmed step time and step time elapsed
Displays via LED each active processing function and step
Adapts to your circumstances and learns- automatically uses sub- programmes to all steps
Optional automatic process recording either via PC or recorder
Total and partial vacuum control per step
